*PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS*
The Parking/Traffic Attendant will assist with directing traffic, neighbors, and volunteers for parking and distribution line up. The volunteers will help us set up cones, and steer everyone in the correct direction, depending on their level of attendance (staff, volunteer, neighbor). FRFB staff and volunteer leads will provide you with your assignment location once you arrive.
- ALL Volunteers MUST be registered through our website.
- ALL Volunteers MUST check in at the Volunteer Check-In table upon arrival which is located under the tent in front of the "TICKETS" sign - see picture.
- Volunteers can only serve for the shift they sign up for. If you want to stay for the whole day, you will need to sign up for both shifts.
- Walk-in volunteers will not be permitted.
- Volunteer will be directed to the appropriate contact person or area(s)
- Wear close-toed shoes
- This is an outside event, please wear comfortable clothing (we recommend layers, a hat, and sunscreen due to the ever-changing weather conditions)
- We will not be a place to store personal belongings, please do not bring valuables
- We ask that any volunteer who does not feel well refrain from attending their volunteer shift
- Pantries will take place rain or shine
