Be festive and wear your holiday gear! Please read all instructions!
Volunteers will be assigned to assist with the registration process by placing and retrieving the numbers from the cars before and after the distribution, according to the number of families in each vehicle. Additional details will be provided upon arrival. For safety reasons, only volunteers who have reserved a space may volunteer. Walk-ins will not be permitted. Please read this guidelines below:

- ALL Volunteers MUST be registered through our website.
- ALL Volunteers MUST check in at the Volunteer Check-In table upon arrival which is located under the tent in front of the "TICKETS" sign - see picture.
- Volunteers can only serve for the shift they sign up for. If you want to stay for the whole day, you will need to sign up for both shifts.
- Bi-lingual is preferred, but not required.
- Please remember to have each person create a profile and response.
- Volunteers MUST be 18 years or older.
- Wear close-toed shoes
- We will be outside, please wear comfortable clothing (we recommend layers, a hat, and sunscreen due to the ever-changing weather conditions), account for inclement weather
- Be aware there will not be a place to store personal belongings, please do not bring valuables
- We ask that any volunteer who does not feel well refrain from attending their volunteer shift
- Pantries will take place rain or shine
