Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, for a temporary amount of time, the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank will be monitoring, and limiting the amount of volunteers allowed into the facility at this time. These shifts are broken up into hour increments to ensure we do not have an over-abundance of volunteers compared to the space(s) we offer. If you plan to stay longer than an hour, please sign up accordingly for more than one shift slot.
Volunteers like you sort non-perishable donated food and nonfood items. Volunteers will be checking for secure packages, food quality dates, and sorting into set categories. Volunteers may also be asked to box sorted food for orders, stock shelves, and perform general warehouse maintenance.
