Volunteers for this opportunity will help gather like items and organize them by species and type. We will be sorting them into watermelon bins to be set in the freezer to help maintain a proper flow and means of organization. Organizing will not take place inside the freezers, because of this however, and to keep things out of their danger zones (proper temperatures) - this activity will need to be fast paced.

Below there will be information on the dress-code and what can be expected!
- Please do not wear tank-tops, crop-tops, halter tops, or attire that may be considered revealing. No shirts with offensive or provocative graphic designs permitted.
- No exposed cleavage in a sitting, standing, or bending motion is allowed.
- No exposed undergarments or portions thereof.
- No open-toed shoes in the warehouse area. Please ensure your shoes can be worn securely and can cover/protect your feet.
- No shorts or skirts above the knee.
- No tight fitted shorts or bicycle shorts of any length.
Additionally at this time, masks and gloves are still a requirement and will be until stated otherwise. Volunteers will also be having their temperature checked upon arrival! We understand that it is hot and uncomfortable, but this is for everyone's safety!
Please understand that these rules are in place for the comfort and safety of all involved. The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank operates largely and mostly as a warehouse; your clothes may become dirty and the environment is rather unavailable for formal attire that may otherwise become ruined. We want you to be comfortable while also maintaining a respectable image. Your clothing should not obstruct your vision or impair movement - as you should be capable of remaining aware of your surroundings and able to move as necessary! Your cooperation and understanding of this is greatly appreciated!
