Description

For the first time, we are registering kids for the Summer Food Service Program(SFSP).  Volunteers will be:

Uploading ongoing registrations into a Google spreadsheet

Marking weekly box pick-up of each child in a Google spreadsheet

Comparing data with delivery tickets to determine accuracy

All volunteers must complete the civil rights training when registering.

An initial overview will be given on your first shift.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
