Volunteers will arrive at the community engagement location to set up/break down the FRFB table: chairs, flyers, donation box, swag gear, and any other items deemed beneficial to the event. Volunteers MUST be familiar with FRFB processes and procedures to promote volunteering, donating, fundraising, hosting funds & food drives, and raising awareness about hunger in our service area(s).
* A volunteer will be designated to pick the items up from our main warehouse to set up at the event: FRFB table, chairs, flyers, swag gear, and any other items deemed beneficial to the event. Only online donations can be accepted - NO CASH. Please encourage them to scan the QR code to donate.
* A second volunteer will be designated to drop the items back off within 4 days after the event: FRFB table, chairs, flyers, donation box, swag gear, and any other items deemed beneficial to the event. Only online donations can be accepted - NO CASH. Please encourage them to scan the QR code to donate.
* Must wear close-toed shoes
* Other vendors will be present, you will be permitted to walk around if you choose
* No alcohol consumption will be permitted while volunteering
* If feeling ill, please unregister from the opportunity and stay home
